Every room comes with a private shower, toilet, Smart TV and a proper workspace, inside a bright shared apartment built around community, focus and good work habits. The starting point ## From Booking Platforms to a Direct Channel Before the new website, most guests found Sparta coHome through Booking.com, Airbnb and local accommodation portals. Those channels still help, but every listing sits next to many others, the information has to fit the platform’s format, and platform bookings can carry a commission. Sparta coHome needed a home of its own online: a place to explain what coliving there is really like, to reach people who are researching a move to Kaunas, and to take applications directly. A click from Google or a direct application carries no platform commission. ## What We Built A complete website, not a landing page: 96 pages across two languages, built to answer the questions people ask before they choose where to live. Design ### A new website that feels like the home Designed and built from scratch in Astro: bright, calm and fast, with real photography of the rooms and shared spaces. It went live in May 2026. Languages ### Every page in two languages Lithuanian and English, 48 pages each, with matching rooms, rates, guides and forms, so international guests and local residents get exactly the same information. Direct applications ### Rooms, rates and a way to apply Each room has its own page, rates are public, and a room application form sends enquiries straight to the team, with no booking platform in between. Guides ### 33 guides to life in Kaunas Practical guides in both languages for people planning a move: coliving, where to live, renting, costs, getting around, working remotely and studying. SEO and GEO ### Built to be found and understood Paired language versions, a clear page structure and structured data for the business, the rooms, the guides and their FAQs help search engines and AI assistants understand what Sparta coHome offers.
